Mastering Your Energy

This course is intended for those who identify as empathic, sensitive, intuitive, healers, or anyone wanting a better understanding of how energy works in their own lives. This workshop will change the way you perceive and interact with energy, as well a empower you to live a life of greater understanding and enrichment. If you consider yourself sensitive, you have been given a beautiful gift, that when used properly is truly a superpower and a strength that can benefit you in all areas of your life. Learning to master your energy is a transformational process of self discovery as you learn to fully step into your power as your true and authentic self. 

Topics covered in this workshop include:

-Understanding mind/ego and how early childhood experience affect our energy

-Energetic anatomy

-Taking charge of how you expend your own energy

-Traits, characteristics and physiology of sensitive people

-Learning to discern your energy vs. that of others and your surroundings

-Learning to strengthen your energy field so you can go out into the world without feeling depleted

-Being responsible for your own energy

-Working with the shadow self

-How to properly walk into a space so you don't feel overwhelmed

-Different ways energy is exchanged between people

-Energy and social media

-How to clear and transmute energy

-The importance of grounding your energy

-How to manage challenging energies 

-Specific tools and exercises to help you become your authentic self and step into your power so that you can live your soul's purpose.

This course includes theory, exercises, meditations and homework to practice between the first and second session. Class includes comfort breaks.
