Cancellation Policy

Booking & payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your time slot is not reserved until payment is received. Late arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you're running late, your session will still end at the scheduled time so I can honor other clients. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show. No-shows: Missed appointments without notice, or without the required 24 hours' rescheduling notice, are non-refundable and forfeit the session. If I need to reschedule: In the rare event that I must cancel or reschedule, you'll be offered a new time. Online sessions & technology: Sessions are held online, so please join from a quiet space with a stable internet connection. If a technical issue on my end interrupts us, we'll reschedule or complete the session at no extra cost. Age requirement: Clients must be 18 or older. Minors may participate only with the consent and presence of a parent or guardian.
